Ofelia serves as the Intake Manager and lead intake coordinator for Illinois Behavioral Health Group. She has years of experience and a broad range of administrative expertise working in healthcare and customer support roles. In addition to managing the intake department, Ofelia assists with referrals and authorizations, and she administratively supports the clinical staff of IBHG.
