Cara Culbert, LCSW

Cara Culbert, LCSW earned her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Saint Olaf College and her Master’s in Social Service Administration from The Crown Family School of Social Work, Policy and Practice at The University of Chicago. 

Cara has worked with adolescents and adults in the private practice setting, with extensive experience in providing eating disorder treatment. She has also supported individuals with depression, anxiety and OCD. Cara utilizes a warm, collaborative and integrative approach that centers the therapeutic relationship in supporting individuals to navigate life’s challenges.
