Alek Kopulsky, MA
Alek Kopulsky, MA, completed his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at National Louis University. He has experience working with adolescents and adults across a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, identity-related concerns, and developmental and complex trauma. Alek has a special interest in working with individuals with neurodevelopmental differences, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those healing from developmental trauma. He draws from an integrative, trauma-informed approach incorporating mindfulness, body-based awareness, and psychological exploration. Alek is passionate about helping clients untangle themselves from the lasting effects of difficult experiences, reconnect with their authentic selves, and create fulfilling lives on their own terms.
